Opportunities
Individualized Private Tutoring
Private one-to-one sessions of 50 minutes are designed to target specific learning goals. Sessions are offered in person or online.
Semi-Private Small Group Tutoring
These sessions are designed to address the learning goals of 1-6 students who have similar stated learning targets. Depending upon the learning targets or content matter, these groups can meet one to three times weekly with the schedule determined in advance. This is often a more economical solution for many. These sessions are available in person or online.
Enrichment, Passion Project Studies, & Book Studies
Does your child want to work on creating a graphic novel or a stop-motion movie? Maybe your child has a summer reading list and you want to make sure they are ready to fully participate in class discussions in the fall. I offer enrichment opportunities designed to challenge and engage students based on their interests. These sessions are available in person or online.
Homework Help
I can provide homework help on a weekly or as-needed basis. Does your child have a big paper coming due and they need help with the revision process? Do they need to study for a test or learn some more effective study skills? These are often opportunities for learning that don’t require more than a session or two of help. I won’t do the work for your child, but I will help them do their best thinking and work on their assignments. These sessions are avaiable in person or online.
